A specification matters only when
the surgeon can feel the difference.

Explore the engineering through the job it performs: preserve colour, soften shadows, stay clean, move easily and get out of the team’s way.

One LED. One lens. Sixty reasons to see clearly.

Each OSRAM LED sits behind its own optical-grade PMMA lens. Instead of asking one cover to shape the entire beam, Lumax 60 directs sixty sources into one uniform field.

The benefit: when a hand or instrument interrupts one path, the surrounding paths keep working.

The Medicare Manage standard

The best equipment
disappears into the procedure.

Not because it is invisible—but because every control, position and beam is where the clinical team expects it to be.

01

Clinical fit first

We begin with specialty, procedures, patient profile and team preferences—not a preselected SKU.

02

Clarity over catalogue noise

We narrow the Morbros range into a practical shortlist, with the trade-offs made visible.

03

Room-aware choices

Mounting, movement, access and available space shape the recommendation from day one.

04

One accountable conversation

From first requirement to commercial coordination, your team has a clear point of contact.

From requirement to readiness

One brief.
The right configuration.

Whether you are setting up a new OT, upgrading a procedure room or replacing one critical piece of equipment, the process stays focused.

Manufacturer documentation

Confidence should be
inspectable.

Open locally hosted copies of the published certification documents. We treat certification as evidence to review—not a badge that replaces model, market or importer checks.

Verification note: documents were reviewed on 31 August 2026. Buyers and importers should verify current validity, certificate scope, model coverage and destination-market acceptance before purchase.

International enquiry desk

We are building a careful export pathway for enquiries from the United States, United Kingdom and Middle East, alongside other selected markets.

01

Define the clinical configuration.

Model, quantity, accessories, table positions, light mounting, electrical standard and intended procedures.

02

Review destination requirements.

Importer details, local registration, requested certificates and technical documentation are checked for the named market.

03

Price the complete movement.

Packaging, freight, insurance, destination port, Incoterm and any installation or training requirement belong in the quotation—not in the fine print.

04

Confirm before commitment.

Production configuration, document availability, lead time, warranty scope and country-specific compliance are confirmed in writing before order acceptance.

Important: product suitability and regulatory acceptance vary by destination. Website specifications do not replace the final technical offer, current certificates, local registration assessment or importer review.

Questions worth asking

Before the quote.
Before the decision.

Clear answers on manufacturing, selection, ordering, delivery, documentation and support—adapted from Morbros’ published FAQ and updated for the way Medicare Manage works.

01Who manufactures the equipment sold by Medicare Manage?

Morbros manufactures the operating lights and OT tables. Medicare Manage is the dealer and procurement contact—helping hospitals, clinicians and project teams select, quote and coordinate the right configuration.

02How do I choose the right OT light or operating table?

Start with specialty, case mix, room dimensions, required movements, mounting constraints and budget. We use those details to narrow the Morbros range and explain the practical trade-offs before a quotation is prepared.

03What materials and light components does Morbros use?

Morbros’ published FAQ describes medical-grade polycarbonate light domes and OSRAM or Cree LEDs, depending on the model. The exact LED, arm finish, optical performance and included accessories are confirmed from the selected model’s current catalogue and quotation.

04Can we begin with a single unit?

Morbros’ published FAQ lists a minimum order quantity of one unit. Stock, model availability, pricing and freight still need confirmation when the order is quoted.

05How quickly can an order be supplied?

Lead time depends on the model, quantity, optional features, current stock and delivery destination. We confirm a realistic production and dispatch schedule in writing before the order is accepted.

06Can delivery in India and international shipping be arranged?

Yes. Domestic movement and international freight by road, air or sea can be evaluated for the named destination. Packaging, insurance, freight, installation and the chosen Incoterm are shown separately where applicable.

07Which export documents can be provided?

The manufacturer’s FAQ lists documents such as the commercial invoice, packing list, airway bill or bill of lading, with other manufacturer documents and reports considered by requirement. Availability and destination acceptance must be confirmed before order commitment.

08Who handles customs duties at the destination?

Under an ex-works structure, the buyer or importer normally manages destination customs and duties. The final responsibility depends on the Incoterm agreed in the quotation, so it should never be assumed from the website alone.

09What warranty applies to Morbros equipment?

Morbros’ published FAQ states a one-year warranty covering free repair or replacement of parts proven to have a manufacturing defect. The final warranty scope, exclusions, service location and post-warranty support are confirmed in the commercial offer.

10Which certifications are available for review?

Current manufacturer-published ISO, IEC and CE documents are linked in the certification section above. Certificate validity, scope, model coverage and acceptance in the destination market must be checked for each procurement.

Website answers are guidance only. The current catalogue, final technical offer and accepted quotation govern the supplied configuration and commercial terms.
